2024 College Football Thread

Rooting for STATE!!! Out of the Big 3 in Carolina (UNC, Duke, and NC State) they survived to make it to the Final 4! They've won 9 straight games to include the ACC Tournament!

Caught the MSU “Spring Showcase” this past Saturday. Basically a full practice and inter team scrimmage as opposed to a traditional spring game. Go figure it was the coldest day in a couple weeks. Anyway, it was nice to see some of the newer players on the field. Nice time.

Ended up re-watching most of it on the BigTen Network to get the commentary with all the new coaches and players. Should have just stayed in, stayed warm, and watched it on TV to begin with. :D

Now.....The days get shorter
Only 63 days left and all will be right with the world again!
Bill, let’s agree to disagree. Summer’s too short up here in the north to be so excited about that dirty four letter word… :)

Better than I deserve.
You?
Same old stuff! Been out on the boat a lot this summer!!! Water temp was 91 last week! Bath water!

Almost perfect timing for me. The end of the summer Olympics is always rough. Glad CFB is right around the corner.
Go Green!

Nope, but he has been a contributor with his experience and game maturity. Our transfer Aiden Chiles followed our new coach Jonathon Smith from Oregon St. This kid looks promising. Might be a real baller for us. Ranked 7th at QB nationally out of high school the year before last. Showed incredible promise at Oregon St before coming our way. Feeling optimistic with how things are going around here at MSU.

If Chiles goes down though, having someone with Schuster’s experience in the 2 spot is pretty nice these days!!!
