Well, I recommend you get a decent flashlight on the form of your boat so you will have good vision during nighttime.

don't be THAT guy...

docking lights aren't headlights, and actually make it more dangerous to everyone... can't see nav lights when getting blinded by docking lights coming your way...

I'll go one further... if you don't know these sorts of things... please have your boat out of the water/docked/moored back up an hour before sunset... let those more experienced stay out in the dark...
