25Q Got my video to work

Yes it did .

Dang!! Well done!!

Always wanted to put a tv on the boat.. for when were just sitting around, and some nascar, or playoff games are on, we can all enjoy.. we have a portable sat dish if we want to have live tv.. if not a dvd for the kids or adults.. just something diffenrent.. probably will never use it, and lost some storage.. but oh well..guess that's why we have a huge ski locker..

WOW! Very nice.

Classy! Fatee2K how watch sport events. Can't get TV over air even using a decent HD antennae on our lake. Is satellite an option?

excalty... wife bought me a vu cube in motion sat unit.. will keep in storage with the boat, and if the day calls for it, just throw it on the boat, sit in on the floor plug it in, push a button and live tv... will have to bring a sat box but no biggie... just some more shit to lug around...haha...

Very cool. Nice install as well.

Guess I am old fashioned in thinking that getting out into nature on a boat is all about leaving that stuff behind. :p

Looks like a nice clean professional job on the install though. :D

Weil... so Camping is with a tent ??? my wife isn't buying that, Although the tv is a little on the extreme side, we look at it a little different, When we hang out sometimes all day , our 4 yr old can't hang, and instead of hearing complaints, this takes care of that, a little sponge bob and it's party time for mommy and daddy..

Wild and Free, I totally agree with you. But every now and then this is a sport event that I don't want to miss and although even if it came down to it once or twice a summer I might not go on the boat and end up having a beer at the camp in the yard while watching TV, This way I could still be on the boat.

Very Cool. You might want to put a small roller on the bracket as it caught upholstery coming up. Better yet, make a pivot bracket that flips door open coming up, and flips it down closing ..... I see a new project coming my way .......

My wifes idea of camping is Holiday Inn. B)

Wife and I camped in a tent for 15 years and we "Upgraded" to a 1972 Avion 25' travel trailer about 3 years ago, wife likes the Bathroom and stove but other than that no TV in it either.
Neither of us are sports fans and we do not have cable or satelite TV here at home either only basic over air antena shows for us. Other than the computer service we live pretty simple. Have cell phones but have texting disabled on them even.
Here is a photo of us about 20 miles from the closest boat dock on Lake Sakakawea camped out on an island just off shore without even a tent, we live on the adventurous side.
