Dogs on boats is almost always comical. Ours, Sally, lab mutt, went from fetching sticks to dunking for rocks. Craziest thing, we'll beach or float and she's off to shore, won't stop barking until some one comes over with her and tosses rocks in the water. She will submerge her whole head in pursuit of that rock, sometimes just the ridge of her back is showing cause she is already shoulder deep. She is a rock dog, more than a bird dog. I'll see if I got some pics/vids on the pc I can share.
