New Benny Owner Here - This Forum Rocks!

pghpa611, think you still can, we still got a lot of growing up to do and you are at the lake. :) .  Our cabin is 55 minutes from our home.  Cabin is an association and we have 4 of them that are 3.5 hours away and yet they all make it almost every weekend

I consider you lucky

55 minutes is much better than 3.5 hours

Winter in the Adirondacks can be brutal

The closer to the cabin the better  :D

Or you can live on the water! I feel we are really lucky to have our current home. I bought it when I was 24 (almost 29 now) and couldn't imagine not living on water. Our next home will be on water somewhere. It is a deal breaker for us.

Our home at the lake is water front and I love it

Off the dock the lake is 25' deep

At the dam 75' deep

Lake Front is amazing but having more than one house has its advantages as well

Our other house is in the city, it has many amenities as well

The one thing about water front living is it does get expensive

Just put in a sea wall and rip rap to dissipate the wakes

A great look but also a big cost

Next is a reface of deck with composite flooring and white vinyl railing

The projects never end  :D

Andy,

Great pics, great location,, great house, great boat and great deck.

You are very fortunate to live the life at such a young age.

At your age I was working 24/7

Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy

Thank you for the link

Awesome Pics

Thanks for the compliments. We feel fortunate for sure.

Most people don't buy a new cabin or lake house every year like some of the people revise their Benningtons yearly on this forum.   :D
