One more problem .NOT a Bennington issue

My wife has talked me into "looking" for a place on the water .

We are going to stay up here .

The season is short but we like it here .

Going to look on the inland waterway .Our marina is on Crooked lake so any place between there and lake Huron .

It doesn't get any better, even if the season is short.

Happy House hunting Jack, hope you find your dream home

Now that the boat is out for the season ,I was able to get some pics of when it was hit last June

.

Ouch. Is it just scratched? Doesn't looked dented

Dent is in the first and second pic .Below the water line.

Already told the dealer ,I want it if the insurance doesn't .

I have a friend that welds aluminum .If it it thick enough we are going to make a few grills/smokers

Jack, any update on the house hunting?

Jack, you're replacing the tube for that?  I wish I had half your money.     :p

Insurance is replacing it . The dent is worse than the pic looks .The dark spot in the 4th pic is also a dent .

We looked at a cottage about 10 miles from us also on Crooked Lake that has a dock .

Problem is, that since it would not be our primary residence taxes would be about double what I pay for a slip .

What if the cottage was your wifes primary address....Problem solved. Let me know when the BBQ is.

We thought along those lines when we owned two in the past . Wont work

Good luck Jack, hope all goes smooth for you on the repairs.
