If you really want (or need) to go 65 mph, not sure a pontoon is the answer. That's on the extreme edge of reality. Trying to hit 65 mph in a pontoon is like modifying a Prius to make it go 150 mph... And would come with all the questions regarding one's sanity...
I'd keep the boat you have and get a slow pontoon for your second boat to party on.
