Yeah, that's what you would have to do to make it look good. I'd rather have space in the back though. Makes it nice to haul stuff if you were to travel. My dream's to cruise the East coast Intracoastal .... Sigh ......

More space in the back would be great . I have that "Lilly pad " . The only place I can keep it is right down the middle ,and that gets a tad crowded when we have company .
Can't put it in the front,it fits in the back , but interferes with the steering .6-8 more inches in the back would be great .
Waiting for 2015 .

Going one step further Jus meet with a fabricator and going to extend front outer toons 42” then cover with open grate material to make a front porch
And help eliminate snubbing the boat into large waves on Michigan
