Is the fuel from 2014? if not, just add more non-oxy, add Sta-Bil fuel stabilizer, and leave it until next season. It'll be fine.
If you do need to drain for some reason, you can probably just siphon it out into a few cans if the boat's on a trailer. They make transfer pumps that will help (and keep gasoline out of your mouth) - but if you do your homework via YouTube/etc. you should be fine.
