That is my understanding as well. I wonder will it take the same amount of time to get a replacement part if my boat is a Tracker. I was thinking about welding it first  as a temporary  fix, however can't find a shop to do it yet.

Hi all, Right before the summer season started, I damaged my starboard side toon by hitting a submerged object.. The end cap is separated from the log and the log itself is dented. My dealer "ordered" a replacement toon from Bennington about 2 months ago, however as of today, I still don't...

Insurance estimate by dealer. Cash will probably little cheaper.

I was quoted $6000 for the center toon replacement, which exclude the toon shipping charge. The shipping is depend on the timing if any boat is shipping to the dealer at the time.

How much do you pay for these? I wish I can buy those. Can you tell me which shop fabricated those for you? Maybe I can have them do it for me using your spec.? Mine is 2014 2275GCW.

Bought a ram mount for my sonar. The mount itself is already 4lb something. Do you think the fiberglass console can support this weight plus the sonar on its 3.5 inch circular base? This D size ball mount was recommended by ram mount. I am worrying the weight will crack the console.

Tried the heat gun with compressed air method. Did not work on my dent.

Have anyone has any experience with its appearance protection plan? http://www.serviceguardsystems.com/powersport/appearanceprotection.aspx Tear is covered up to 2 inch long. I was quote $500 + tax for 5 year term. I believe there is a $25 deductible for each claim. Or should I save the money...

I am thinking the same thing. Only worry for me is how to replace the transducer and its wire with the wave shield in place.

I have pictures of the dent but it is difficult to see it on pictures.

It has a divider on both front and back. The storage is probably no more than 8 ft length wise and my toon is 22 ft long.

The dent is in the section behind the center storage. So cannot bang it out from inside.

Tried the boat out today after discovering the dents. It seems to get the same WOT speed. So, at least performance wise, it is okay. I have center storage. I will get a flash light in there next time I am at the marina. I have the insurance from BoatUS. Not sure I want to claim this even it...
