Winter has arrived in Northern Michigan

Terrible weather. Just booked a trip to Hawks Cay in the keys to get away and do some fishing!
 
We just "tried" to go out ,66 & 20-25 mph winds .Back Home

I was in Grand Rapids this week and had the chance to do an afternoon cruise yesterday on a friend's boat. Young boaters were wake boarding in those waters, Yikes! I have a new respect for y'all.

The marina restaurant we ate at had to turn their propane heaters on for me. They were looking at me like I was from another planet.

I knee board if the water is 75 or higher.
 
Our water is actually up to 78 Andy . At least is was last Sunday  .Warmer than the air all this past week .
 
Just let the dog out .Snow Flurries with slight accumulation on the deck . :angry: Its only October 8th . :angry:

Good thing the boat got pulled Monday.

Definitely can tell its coming, it is absolutely Fall season here with leaves starting to fall but I am a bit surprised Jack is mentioning snow flurries already
 
We have the leaves turning here too, but it;s 81* today. Shorts are back on.
 
He is pretty quick to post so he is probably out making snow angels. Or cursing and throwing things at the sky. I heard WI was reporting snow recently. Way too soon. Glad I am going to FL soon.
 
No pics ,it melted very quick . We did go to town and it did snow again on the way home .Not Happy .
