Winter has arrived in Northern Michigan

We have to get rid of the snow before we can even think about getting the hair dryer out . :lol:
 
Just read in the local paper.Ice on Lake Michigan @ Little Traverse Bay is 5 ft thick .

Its going to be a long spring when it does get here .

Hopefully it goes quick. A couple rains, sunny days and all will be good. I just ordered a new lift so spring better get here soon!

I have some areas of grass in the yard, then drifts 2 ft deep. It seems to be melting pretty quick though. Ll the snow on the lake is gone so now the ice will be melting!

I have to hope. That new toy still has the factory wrap on it .

It is like a kid right before  Christmas you see your present just sitting there and cant open it .

What is even worse ,is that the leaves are starting to change also .

We are "supposed" to be mid 70's today . Weather has been so lousy haven't been out since last Sunday . :(
 
44 here this morning, Mid 80's daytime forecast for the weekend and most of next week.
